This tip was quite large and involved [Cleaning the Assassin 3D]

Let's say your just strolling along and some quaker comes up behind you and starts shooting into your back. Jump then while you are in the air switch to the Rocket Launcher do a quick 180 degree spin, aim down a little and slam him in the face with that rocket. Since you jumped, his shots go under you missing the target and you get away with another frag.

Here is a trick I received from Gene Kalin

Vince, something I've been doing for a while....Velcro the joystick (I use a CH Flightstick Pro) to the desktop. I use Velcro that has sticky stuff on one side and cut it to apply to the base..The Velcro "mate" goes on the desktop. It's very secure (over 2 yrs now), and you can remove the joystick when ever you want! This set up works fine for even berserker mode in quake..it only comes off if you REALLY lay into it. Maybe your customers could benefit from this info.
